ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

What is included?
All linen and bedding. The kitchen has a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, full size refrigerator, oven, induction cook top, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, glassware, serving platters and more.
Do you serve breakfast?
The Guest House is fully self-catering. You need to bring your food for stay. We do include coffee beans, 1 ltr of milk, and range of condiments.
Is there mobile coverage or internet?
The Mornington Peninsula has very patchy phone coverage and this varies widely depending upon your service provider. Yaringa Lodge has installed a repeater for the Telstra 4G network but service levels will vary depending on your phone. WiFi is available. Remember, you are in the country so think about turning everything off and have a “Tech Free” break!
Are there any particular rules that apply?
Yes, thank you for asking! Yaringa Lodge is totally smoke free. No SMOKING is permitted on the property. The property is for adults only, no one under 18.
